The Calgary Canucks Sportsman’s Dinner and Awards night was held on April 23, 2016 at the Carriage House Inn. The event was an overwhelming success and was attended by approximately 340 guests.
Pat Steinberg of the Fan960 was our emcee for the evening. The Canucks would like to thank Pat for his continuous support of the event.
Our guest speaker for the evening was former NHL goaltender Curtis Joseph. During his speech Curtis Joseph shared many of his unique life experiences, gave the players some good advice, and shared some humorous hockey stories, ending with a round of applause from his audience. For the remainder of the evening Joseph spent time mingling, signing autographs and posing for photos with the guests.
