Calgary Canucks Visit Kids and Minor Hockey Teams

The Calgary Canucks were in the community once again on Friday afternoon, February 3rd.  The team was at the Village Square Leisure Centre in North East Calgary to visit kids as they were concluding their pre-school classes, and to speak to minor hockey teams prior to their on-ice practice sessions.

The Canucks players were excited to sign autographs and pose for photos with the young pre-school children.  The Canucks players were equally happy to be able to sit down with two different minor bantam teams that are a part of the Calgary Northstars Hockey Association.  The minor hockey players had lots of questions for the players, and the Canucks players were pleased to share their knowledge and wisdom with these future hockey stars.

The Canucks are dedicated to doing great things to help the general public, and to inspire minor hockey groups in the City of Calgary   For more information on the Calgary Canucks and the team's commitment to the community, please click on:http://www.calgarycanucks.ca/community/community-initiatives.html .
