Calgary Canucks Head Coach and GM James Poole announced today that the team has acquired defenseman Mark Drohan from the Oil Barons for Future Considerations.
“We are excited to add a player of Mark's caliber to our hockey club. He brings a veteran presence to our blue line that we were looking for” says Poole.
Drohan is a Calgary native and has previously played for Assistant Coach Adam Redmond with the midget AAA Buffaloes. The Canucks would like to welcome Mark to the organization and he is expected to join the team immediately.
