The Calgary Canucks have recently made some changes to their line up and are getting excited that main camp is only 5 days away. The Canucks recently traded for 6'1 180lb Calgary native Nic Herringer. Nic came out of the Calgary Royals organization and most recently, the English River Miners of the SIJHL. Coach Oly had this to say about Nic, “He is a strong skating power forward that will log a ton of minutes for the Canucks. He will be a great addition to the locker room and a tremendous leader for our younger players. We are excited to have him.” Coach Oly and the Canucks organization welcome Nic and the Herringer family to our family.
We've also moved a few players, defenceman Scott Nicholson and goaltender Kolby Matthews. We would like to thank Scott and his family for all their work in the community and within the Calgary Canucks organization.
Welcome to the Canucks Nic!ย
