The Calgary Canucks are proud to announce the signing of 1997 born forward Michael Spenrath. The speedy forward comes to the Canucks after completing his final year of midget with the Calgary Royals Midget AAA.
“Mike is a player who has top end speed to go along with a great shot and a high compete level,” said Head Coach and General Manager Jay Pylypuik.
He put up a quiet 20 points in the top midget circuit in the country and is a proven winner, winning Midget AA provincials in 2014.
