The Calgary Canucks are proud to announce that 2003-born defenceman Ethan Casper has committed to the University of Guelph. Casper joined the Canucks during the 2023-2024 season and was named assistant captain. In 2023-2024, Casper was a key component of the Canucks defence and earned 15 regular season and 7 playoff points.
“Ethan was a big part of our AJHL Championship this season on and off the ice. He was highly respected among his teammates and will no doubt be a great addition to the University of Guelph next year,” said Head Coach Brad Moran, “I want to thank him for everything he added to our organization and we wish him all the best as he furthers his education and hockey.”
