The Canucks would like to announce the signing of Matt Corbet, a forward who played for the Calgary Flames AAA of the AEHL(AMHL) last season.
Matt is a 6?3 180 lb. forward who scored 13 goals and had 4 assists for a total of 17 points with the Flames.
Coach Brad Moran had this to say about Corbet, “I am very excited to have Matt join our team next season. We saw a glimpse of what he can do last year and he has continued to put in the work necessary to make the ju?mp to Junior hockey. Matt is extremely versatile, has a great touch around the net, and a very high hockey IQ.”
