2024 AJHL Showcase Presented by Nutrien
The Annual Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL)  Showcase presented by Nutrien will return to the Max Bell Centre in Calgary, AB, from September  25th-27th, 2024. After a successful event in 2023, the AJHL and its member teams were pleased to  award the Calgary Canucks Junior A Hockey Club as the host for a second consecutive year. The Showcase brings all 12-member teams to one central location allowing scouts from the NHL, NCAA, U Sports, WHL, and other leagues and advisors to watch AJHL players “showcase” their abilities conveniently. Numerous initiatives from this event will ensure a meaningful and lasting impact on the franchise, the AJHL and the community.

The Calgary Canucks are actively recruiting for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Canucks Crew supporting the 2023 AJHL Showcase. Volunteer roles include, Ushers, Security, 50/50 Selling, Ticket Office, Game Day Operations, Hospitality, Beverage, Statistics and Broadcast.

U18 Canucks Invitational Showcase
The second annual Canucks Invitational Showcase will bring 13 teams from across Alberta and Idaho to take part in an action packed Showcase. Teams will play 1 or 2 games as an early season event for the coaches and players to fine tune their rosters and showcase their talent! The U18 Canucks Invitational Showcase will be hosted at Max Bell Centre from September 25-27.

The Calgary Canucks Junior A Hockey Club are excited to announce that they’re presenting Battle of Alberta: An Evening with Legends on Thursday, September 26, 2024.
Join two legendary icons of the Battle of Alberta, Mike Vernon of the Calgary Flames and Grant Fuhr of the Edmonton Oilers, as they relive a landmark rivalry in Canadian sports history on the site where it was born. An evening of incredible food, great entertainment, memorabilia auctions, and a candid panel discussion by two giants of the game, hosted by world-renowned TSN broadcaster Gord Miller.
