Lost a close game yesterday. Back at it tonight!

The Calgary Canucks were defeated 6-4 by the Camrose Kodiaks in a close game last night at Max Bell.

Though the Kodiaks nearly doubled the Canucks overall shots for the game, the hard battling Canucks found themselves ahead during the first period and tied up the game twice.

Ben Assad made an impressive debut in his first game with the Canucks, scoring his first goal for the team. Ryan McKinnon also scored his first goal of the season.

The Canucks continued playing hard in the third period, but despite their efforts, the Kodiaks came out on top.

Regardless of falling short on goals, the Canucks continued to play a strong game until the end of the third period.

The Canucks hope to bring out a win in their next home game against the Drayton Valley Thunder tonight, Saturday, Nov. 21st. The puck drops at 7 P.M.
