The Calgary Canucks are pleased to announce that Connor Bertamini of the Okotoks Bow Mark Oilers Midget AAA has signed a Letter of Intent and will join the Canucks for the 2018/19 season.
Connor is a 6’3” 180 lbs in 25 games this season, Connor has 4 goals and 9 assists for 13 pts and 20 Penalty mins. Coach Oly is looking forward to adding Connor’s skill sets to the team “Connor is a big, mobile, stay at home defenseman that sees the ice very well. He plays physical, consistently makes quality passes, and will help our penalty killing unit next year”. Connor is a fantastic young man and he will be a great addition to the Calgary Canucks organization and our community. Connors father, Mike, is a proud Canucks Alumni and captained the team to the 1987 AJHL and Doyle Cup Championships.
